A 2-year-old male complained of a high-grade fever of about 41-degree Celsius and severe pallor, CBC showed severe microcytic hypochromic anemia and leucopenia with lymphocytosis and he received a blood transfusion, a few days later he developed bronchopneumonia, generalized edema, polyurea with normal blood glucose, liver enlarged about 3 cm with normal liver enzyme, renal function and urine analysis was free. What is the diagnosis?

Rule out malignancy, autoimmune disorders, HLH and infections involving the reticuloendothelial system.
