A 21-month-old female child got her 1st tooth. After one year now also she has only 5 teeth. her other development is good. why it is so?

Some children's teeth are faster than others. The `normal` is always a range of time for the eruption of teeth. Your child seems to have begun the process at her own pace, children usually begin teething anywhere after 6 months. Check your child's Serum vitamin D levels. Low levels are known to cause a delay in eruption.
