A 9 year old female is having pain at her left hip and back for last 3 months. There is no fever or weight loss. But is severe and more in night. She finds it difficult to stand up from a sitting position. Her Monteux is positive, Elisa for tb igm slightly raised. MRI report is as under-marrow edema in left iliac bone at sacro iliac joint with mild irregularity of iliac bone with effusion, mild bilateral hip effusion. What could be the diagnosis?

DD- Koch's hip, or monoarticular rheumatoid- diagnostic test of choice synovial biopsy
