I have a female infant patient whose problem started when she was 5-6 months she started having arching and a red face. I suspected sandilfer syndrome and got her GER scan, which was positive for significant reflux, started on domstal and lanzol, position, thick feeds. The symptoms have been relieved for a few days, but in the past few days, the frequency and intensity have increased. What options are available? I am planning to rule out hiatus, etc. Anything that can be added apart from cisapride?

Expert Answer :
Yes, Mosapride may be useful. If GER is significant and child has FTT, then surgery may be considered.
