What are the options available to give an infant Vitamin D, What are common preparations to be given, As per AAP every newborn is to be given 400 IU of Vitamin D after a few weeks, Vizeneral Z contains 1ml=200IU, if we give 2 ml other vitamins may be in hypervitaminosis range.
After treating rickets with 6 lac IU, maintenance therapy should contain calcium and vitamin D both or only vitamin D {even if serum calcium is normal), What are the options in this case? Are only vitamin D drops available?

It is only Vitamin D in 400 IU. Unfortunately, no preparation is available currently.

Always add calcium along with maintainance dose of vit d to prevent hungry bone disease even if calcium is normal and dose of vit d for maintainance is 400 for infants 600 iu from 1-12 yrs and for newborn vitd drops seperately available

After psotoss therapy, 400 IU per day for 3months ,is recommended.calcium additional add isn't necessary.
