What is the dose of Cefixime and Ofloxacin combination for both children in Enteric fever?

Cefixime and Ofloxacin combination is not required in the management of enteric fever. For children, you can not use Oflaxacin. Please use Cefixime in a dosage of 20 mg/kg in two divided doses for Enteric fever in children. Now a days defervascenes time for Enteric fever is 5 to 7 days, so continue only Cefixime and wait for the response.
