TIER 1

Localized

Intraocular

Regional

Orbital extension or regional lymph nodes

Metastatic

Distant metastases present

TIER 2

Stage 0

The tumour is confined to the globe. Enucleation has not been performed. (The patient is treated “conservatively” with either focal therapies or chemotherapy.)

Stage I

Enucleation with negative margins

Stage II

Enucleation with negative margins

Stage III

Regional extension: involvement of the orbit and/or preauricular or cervical lymph node extension

Stage IV

Distant m Metastatic disease: etastatic disease

Result :

Diagnostic criteria not met.
