Question
An 8 years old girl came with extensive petechiae and purpura over whole body for last 3 years which occurred spontaneously or after minor trauma or even after mosquito bite. On examination, she had no hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, anemia, joint pain or vascular malformation and was not ill looking. No family history of similar disease.

Is it von Willebrandt disease type B?
