A 4 yrs old boy was admitted in status epilep. He has a history of measles 25 days back. Cough 20 days back for 7 days. Now he is having a fever. His wt is 11 kg, Hb 5.5. sibns of neck rigidity absent, plantar not elicitable. What should be the first probable diagnosis?

Rule out TBM as a child had measles 25 days back. With fever, other causes of CNS infections should also be ruled out.
