A 4-year-old boy brought a global developmental delay. Her mother complaint that he involuntary bang his head on floor or in the wall and he get injured this occur without any loss of consciousness or any abnormal movements he never fall on the occipital region he never get injury on occipital region, her mother told when he is sitting he suddenly fell on his forehead on the floor and while standing he collide his head on the wall and get injured. What are the possibilities?

This is a behavioral pattern. He needs occupational and behavioral therapy for the same.
