In some children, there is nonstop cough but no wheezing, and the chest is clear, it is a type of asthma, I give double doses of cetirizine, steroid, Budesal nebulization, a bronchodilator, still in some cases nonstop coughing is not improved, What should be done? Give double dose steroid? Add hydrocortisone?

It may be a post-infectious cough that may be persistent. In such cases, lozenges and cough suppressants may be useful.

I dont think increasing the dise is a solution. Broaden your differential diagnosis

Search for another dignosis... Is it really asthma? maybe we should do an epirometry if its possible and an X-Ray. Think in other causes for isolate cough like GERD, medications, allergic rhinitis. But if the hypothesis still is asthma, before double dose steroid we can try add leukotriene modifier.
