Earlier tubercular lymphadenitis children were categorized under cat iii of WHO classification and rifampicin. INH Pyrazinamide was given. Now, who has abolished cat iii and all patients have been put under cat I, and a four-drug regimen is started. Is it right to start four drugs in tubercular lymphadenitis?

WHO is suggesting changes for public health programs keeping in mind that Health workers are following up on this program. For programmatic simplicity, many such decisions are taken at WHO and GOI levels.
