A 10 years old boy is having severe growth retardation his bone age is 3 years. His TSH is 900. Growth Hormone is decreased 0.35 ng/ml normal limit is 1-6 ng/ml. How should we proceed now?

You only need to give thyroxin upgrade slowly.

This is case of hypopitutrism.. First will requist cortisol level if low give low give correct hypocortisolemia before stating levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and give growth hormone for growth hormone deficiency.
