If you suspect in-app anti dirut hormone as in CNS and chest problem fluids to be decreased or do we wait till hyponatremia occurs?

Restricted IV fluids are needed in most cases of SIADH so as to prevent serious organ edema especially pulmonary and brain edema. Close monitoring of body weight {12 howebsitey} and Serum Sodium levels can help in titrating the fluid requirements and electrolytes in IV fluids. In most cases, extra Sodium is not needed as the Total Body Sodium is not decreased.
