How common is brucellosis in India and what are its common manifestations?

Brucellosis is not a common disorder in India, it`s not rare also. It is one of the DD for prolonged pyrexia. We see 2 to 3 cases per year of Brucellosis.
Common manifestations are Prolonged fever, Anemia, Splenomegaly. mild jaundice. It is a multisystem disease and so you may get symptoms depending on the systems involved.
