What are the cause of the collection of anyts around urine in children less than 5 years of age? What is the treatment of the causes? What is the cause of depostion of whitish substance at the site of urination in children?

The whitish substance, please around the site of urination, could be candidiasis. Please take a swab to confirm.

This is due to passages of glucose beyond renal threshold in children due to physiological immaturity of renal tubules after intake of heavy sucrose containing meals.
This is normal, no treatment is required.
White substance is due to excess acidic nature of urine in children due to physiological immaturity of urinary acidification
