Complete collapse lung

we have a 9yr old girl with a year long {at least} complete right lung collapse with consolidation. Already completed 9 mo anti TB treatment with no releif. Presently she is on multi drug resistent anti Tb treatment and Clarithromycin for last about 2 weeks. Mantoux is strongly positive with raised ESR. Bronchoscopy revealed large amount of prulent sputum with out external compresssion.

What should be next steps of management_?

Secondary infection has to be treated with antibitootics.Foreign body has to be considered.lobectomy if lung is damaged.
