Conjugated Hyperbilirubinemia

A 4 day old child was brought by parents with the complaints of yellowish discoloration of skin. On examination there was hepatosplenomegaly. Investigations revealed bilirubin level of 45 with direct component of 30 and indirect component of 15, SGPT - 40, SGOT - 80 and Alkaline Phosphatase - 331. Urine is positive for bile salts and bile pigments. CBC shows anemia with thrombocytopenia. Reticulocyte count is 18 percent

What is the diagnosis_?
