A boy child, age 10 years old his weighing 57 kg. His height is 138 cm, BMI is 29.9. For 3 days, he complained of an irritating cough. Now he has become cured, but there is a dilated superficial vein on chest upper lateral chest on the left side and on the medial side of the left arm. What is the cause?

Expert Answer :
Rule out any venous obstruction. It should also cause swelling. Thus it may non-specific dilatation.
