Ondansetron
in the treatment of established nausea and vomiting associated with gastroenteritis. The American Academy of Pediatrics now recognizes that
Ondansetron
100–150 µg/kg can be effective in decreasing vomiting and limiting hospital admissions in gastroenteritis.
