Can we switch from injectable Vancomycin or Teicoplanin to oral linezolid?

Expert Answer :
If you have used vancomycin, it may have been MRSA. In the case of MRSA and whether it is a toxin-producing staph infection, you may have to decide regarding oral linezolid. More details of the case are required to comment.

if it is resistant to vacomycin, i ll use it. if it not, i ll take care of it, because there is not enough information about the use of linezolid in childrens at this moment.
