A 3-year-old baby comes up with the complain of fever n cough for 7 days. The patient becomes cynosed to lying down which resolves on standing, Patient also has skin telengectasia. What is the diagnosis?

Expert Answer :
Rule out a thoracic outlet obstruction and double aortic arch. A proper X-ray chest reporting would be required. SOS echocardiography.
