A 6-month-old female child with unilateral breast swelling since birth. It is increasing in size, painless, no discharge. No systemic symptoms. The scan reveals soft tissue swelling with a few cysts. What is the further line of management?

If the child is exclusively breastfed only then probably it is because of maternal hormones the child is getting through breastmilk, no active treatment is required. otherwise, consult a pediatric surgeon.
