It is rabies. It occurs due to biting by a rabid dog and the patient does not take the rabies vaccine. Patients have a phobia of water called hydrophobia, a phobia of air called as arophagia. Patients finally become comatose which can be fatal. Thus prevention with the Rabies Vaccine is essential.
