Milk-free diet and diet of RMP or chicken broth. Weight gain is what one should strive for and micronutrient supplements should be given.

if diarrhea continue from 8 to 10 months needed rule out celiac disease and investigate TTgIgA and Upper GI endoscopy and biopsy for HPE
