Patent Duct Arteriosus - Clinical Manifestations
- Asymptomatic with small shunts
- CHF with large shunts
- Differential cyanosis (If PVOD develops)

Physical Examination:
- Systolic ejection murmur: only evidence in newborn
- continuous (machinery) murmur develops later
- Bounding peripheral pulses
