Urea Cream
Mechanism :
Urea Cream is a debriding agent. It works by helping the breakdown of dead skin and pus, which helps to loosen and shed hard and scaly skin.
Indication :
- Ichthyosis
- Xerosis
- Eczema
- Keratosis
- Keratoderma
- Corns and calluses
- Damaged, ingrown and devitalized nails.
Contraindications :
May cause local irritation and edema when applied to sensitive skin.
Dosing :
Topical (10% cream):
Apply sparingly twice daily.
Adverse Effect :
May cause local irritation and edema when applied to sensitive skin.
Mild skin irritation; temporary burning, stinging or itching.
Hepatic Dose :
No dosage adjustments are recommended.
