Should we wit hold bathing during respiratory tract infections (URI and LRTI)?

Expert Answer :
For URI it is not necessary to withhold bathing. However for LRTI, if the child is breathless or is unable to carry out the day-to-day activities, then it is better to sponge and not give a bath.
