We usually use Widal test for typhoid fever diagnosis , but false positive widal test occurs in case of Typhus, Malaria,chronic liver disease, some types of immunologic disorders, C-neoformans meningitis, some types of echerichia infection,

Other than enteric fever, Paratyphoid A and in the convalescence phase of Enteric fever one can have such a high titre. There is the very remote possibility of such a high titre being false positive.
