A rare pediatric case! A 3-year-old boy, born of a non-consanguineous marriage, has had bilateral cataracts for 10 months. His birth history and milestones are normal. There is no jaundice, failure to thrive, or dysmorphism. Examination shows a bilateral white reflex, and the rest is normal. Urine reducing substances are positive, while liver function, renal function, blood gases, calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase are all normal. 🔍
